Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update ITGBL tariff rates for international household goods (HHG) shipments
- Build and manage detailed rate matrices covering door-to-door, port-to-port, and accessorial services
- Interpret ITGBL structures to ensure accurate application across varying shipment types and destinations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support precise and competitive client quotations
- Coordinate with overseas agents to validate destination charges, local tariffs, and service inclusions
- Implement general rate increases (GRIs) and ensure all tariff updates are reflected across systems
- Analyze freight, origin, and destination cost components to support pricing accuracy and margin control
- Support RFPs and client tenders with structured ITGBL rate submissions and pricing data
- Audit tariff sheets and rate cards to identify discrepancies and maintain contractual compliance
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with ITGBL tariffs within the moving and relocation industry
- Strong understanding of international household goods (HHG) pricing structures and shipment components
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and manipulate complex rate data
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tariff management
- Experience liaising with international agents and service partners on pricing inputs
