Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for office relocations and FF&E installation projects across the Houston market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award and handover to operations
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess scope, inventory, access, and logistical requirements for commercial moves
- Prepare detailed, competitive proposals including labor, transportation, and installation services
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasible execution plans
- Build relationships with project managers, facility teams, and procurement contacts within client organizations
- Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, phased projects, and long-term service agreements
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience within the moving, relocation, or commercial logistics industry
- Strong understanding of office moving and/or FF&E installation project requirements
- Ability to conduct site surveys and translate operational scope into accurate pricing
- Confident client-facing skills with experience managing B2B relationships
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
