A driven Workplace Relocation Sales Manager is needed to join a growing moving and relocation company in Houston, TX, focusing on commercial relocations and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) projects. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships across corporate, healthcare, and industrial sectors while directly influencing revenue growth in a high-demand market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities for office relocations and FF&E installation projects across the Houston market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award and handover to operations
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess scope, inventory, access, and logistical requirements for commercial moves
  • Prepare detailed, competitive proposals including labor, transportation, and installation services
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasible execution plans
  • Build relationships with project managers, facility teams, and procurement contacts within client organizations
  • Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM systems
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, phased projects, and long-term service agreements
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales experience within the moving, relocation, or commercial logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of office moving and/or FF&E installation project requirements
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and translate operational scope into accurate pricing
  • Confident client-facing skills with experience managing B2B relationships
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
