Account Manager

Job Description

Alchemy are working alongside a Fine Art Shipping company in Paris who are seeking for an Account Manager to join their face-paced and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure all customer projects are coordinated accordingly and in line with agreed pricing, targets and timelines. This role will be working closely with all departments to ensure the business is maximizing any future opportunities, sales revenue and gross margins are achieved within the annual budget. You will also provide support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, training and cultivate the technicians team on providing solutions to ensuring your meeting all client needs
  • Prioritise all client communications, ensuring that they are dealt with immediately and effectively
  • If any problems arise ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively in a timely manner ensure that all tenders and estimates are submitted
  • Ensure all client needs are met or negotiated within company policies, processes and capabilities within a budget and time frame
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure a high standard of storage, packing, shipping and transportation methods
  • Seek new opportunities to network and attend events to ensure your engaging with new clients and expanding new opportunities
  • Work alongside the finance team to ensure that invoices are carried out promptly and payment terms are adhered too
  • Ensure client activities are consistently kept up to date and relevant to the business
  • Ensure the company systems are being updated this includes job logging and shipping documents
  • Provide and encourage collaborative with all team members and all departments
