Communications Consultant

Our client a London based Global Mobility Management Company are seeking a Communications Consultant to join a small, multi-skilled team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multichannel campaigns in a B2B environment, is highly organised with excellent project management skills and proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role you will work with a range of stakeholders inside and outside the company to develop and deliver key messages and campaigns across the full range of communications channels.
You will have responsibility for the full content marketing process, producing and curating compelling content for blog posts, press releases, quarterly newsletters and other media. 

You will also manage all global press relations, working with PR agencies in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong, to produce and release material in other markets worldwide.

A creative mind set and an interest in global business and world affairs is key for this role; as is the ability to distil complex information into concise and attention-grabbing formats, excellent copywriting skills and the ability to manage deadlines. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Marketing – end to end ownership of this process
  • Press/Media
  • Manage media activities, including PR agencies (global)
  • Writing and editing local and regional press releases, including analysis of data 
  • Distributing releases via media release tool (Mynewsdesk) 
  • Monitoring media coverage along with competitor activity
  • Ongoing media and stakeholder relationship building
  • Responding to media requests and brief colleagues ahead of media interviews
  • Internal communications, providing PR updates and maintaining Media page.
  • Produce content to drive targeted messages and increase engagement from audiences - schedule, writing/editing content, publishing on the website, promotion/distribution
  • Identify and secure editorial and advertorial opportunities in key industry publications 
  • Draft a variety of corporate communications materials including copy for web content, bimonthly e-newsletter, email signatures and flyers
  • Manage social media LinkedIn and Twitter accounts to raise profile further through promotion of content, services and news
