Customer Service Associate

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Associate to work 100% from home anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the home search process for relocating employees utilising your excellent knowledge of Germany
  • Arrange calls with assignees finding out information about their move and finding suitable properties on their behalf based on their individual requirements
  • Arrange property bookings
  • Assist assignees with lease review and negotiating their contract
  • Provide settling in services
  • Support assignees during their relocation, providing advice where needed
  • Provide high levels of customer service at all times via phone and email
  • Manage an active caseload, ensuring services are delivered at a high standard

Key Requirements:

  • Current/Previous experience in Destination Services, Relocation, or the German property market preferred, will consider professionals with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Germany and the local property market, Berlin/Munich preferred
  • Personal relocation preferred however not essential
  • Fluent German language skills both verbal and written is essential
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and other programs
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
