- Create, execute and oversee the implementation of the company’s digital marketing strategy. This would include elements such as advertising, website, social media, SEO and others.
- Determine performance KPIs and regularly report results to the company stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to make informed customer acquisition and optimization suggestions, while also monitoring the traffic, updating the content, and improving the UX on the website.
- Manage social media strategy by creating content for several platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to put it into action.
- Collaborate with the business development and account management teams on developing digital marketing collateral and rich media content.
- Keep up with marketing trends and best practises.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a similar relevant field required.
- Considerable experience in digital marketing in a similar industry, such as art or fashion.
- Strong track record and great outcomes of previous marketing plans, which include elements such as email, website, social media, SEO.
- Experience designing and executing successful digital marketing initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent knowledge of social media monitoring tools. Project management technologies experience is a bonus.
- Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, G Suite, and MS 365 proficiency is desirable.
- HTML and programming languages knowledge a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, team-work and creative mindset.
