Intercultural & Language Training Client Services Specialist

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Intercultural & Language Training professional to join a global relocation business remotely in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising subject matter expertise within intercultural and language training to assist the sales team through their business development efforts
  • Provide a quality service, working closely with the operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and resolved any issues that arise
  • Assist with the introduction of intercultural and language training services on accounts
  • Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with clients
  • Provide input into the review and improvement of processes, documentation, templates and training material
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and increase revenue by offering intercultural and language training services to clients
  • Create client specific proposals to meet their individual needs for intercultural and language training services
  • Provide feedback internally based on communication with customers, sharing ideas with the teams to improve service offering
  • Participating in client meetings and reviews to discuss service delivery whilst building strong relationships
  • Negotiate contracts with current and potential clients
  • Contribute to new initiatives that will develop services professionally and profitably in the field
  • Maintain internal reporting on services for service manager, account and regional managers and finance control

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working in the Intercultural/Language Training industry
  • Knowledge of and interest in intercultural and relocation related topics preferred
  • Account Management, Client Services, Business Development skills required
  • Prior experience living or working abroad would be an advantage
  • Cultural awareness
  • Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel  
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree preferred     
  • Fluent English required, additional language skills an advantage
