Relocation Client Success Manager

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Relocation Client Success Manager (Fluent German) to work remotely in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Relocation Associates
  • Manage the home search process for relocating employees utilising your excellent knowledge of Germany
  • Work closely with assignees throughout their relocation, building strong relationships
  • Arrange welcome calls with assignees, finding out information about their move and finding suitable properties on their behalf based on their individual requirements
  • Arrange property viewings
  • Assist relocating employees with lease review and negotiating the contract
  • Provide settling in services
  • Manage client expectations and provide information on their relocation timeline
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times via phone and email
  • Manage an active caseload, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard
  • Support assignees to help them set up a new bank account
  • Handle complex situations and provide solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Germany, Berlin / Munich preferred
  • Some relocation / destination services experience preferred however not essential, professionals with excellent customer service skills will be considered
  • Fluent German language skills both verbal and written is essential
  • Experience motivating, developing and leading a successful team
  • Must have lived in Germany for many years, great if you’ve relocated to Germany
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and other programs
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and meet deadlines
