Relocation Consultant

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Relocation Consultant to work remotely in the UK. Some travel to the office in London may be required.

The Relocation Consultant will;
  • Coordinate the relocation process from start to finish for assignees and their families
  • Oversee the delivery of relocation services including home search, schooling, visa/immigration, temp accommodation and lettings/tenancy management
  • Regularly communicate with vendors and destination services field consultants
  • Deliver a high level of service to assignees and clients
  • Keep the internal system updated with relevant information
Skills and Requirements:
  • Ideally 2+ Destination Services / Relocation experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK tenancy agreements with the ability to negotiate with landlords preferred 
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite and other programs
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
