This position offers a flexible hybrid working structure.
The Senior Immigration Specialist will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for corporate clients requiring Singapore immigration services
- Manage end-to-end corporate immigration supporting clients, assignees, and their families with various visas and passes (Employment Passes, Dependant Passes, and S Passes etc.)
- Ensuring immigration compliance with law and legislation
- Delivering ongoing visa and immigration advisory to clients and assignees
- Managing immigration client caseload and accurately maintaining records as required
- Staying up to date on changes and revisions to local immigration legislation and communicating these changes internally and to clients
- Support the visa application process by gathering documents, reviewing documents, and preparing the necessary paperwork and application forms
- Delivering a solution-based approach to all aspects of client immigration services
- Contribute to the review, enhancement, and maintenance of best practises processes, templates, and procedures
- Provide ongoing client account management support
- Liaising with authorities as necessary to finalise the application, communicating the final decision, and updating the tracking system with the required information
- Fully managing the immigration lifecycle for Singapore immigration cases
- Providing reports for the Immigration Manager and Director
Desired experience:
- 2-3 years + experience in Singapore immigration
- Proven experience handling various visa/pass application types relating to Singapore immigration
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Passes, Dependant Passes, and S Passes
- Experience in business immigration and dealing with corporate clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster professional relationships
- Problem-solving and solutions-based approach
- Strong independent research ability
- Excellent IT skills with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
