Strategic Relocation DSP Executive

A fantastic position has now become available for a Senior Relocation and Destination Services specialist to join our client a global relocation provider in a strategic role.

This position will support global business initiatives on internal strategy, service, process and training to ensure overall excellence in service delivery.

The Strategic Relocation Executive will partner with the Global Relocation & Destination Services Director to develop the relocation service line and ensure business standards are maintained.

Duties of the Strategic Relocation Executive - Destination Services:

  • Act as the business expert on Relocation and Destination Services activities
  • Developing and implementing global relocation DSP policy and procedures
  • Supporting the growth of the Destination Service business line
  • Delivering training to the relocation and destination service teams globally
  • Ensuring training materials are up to date and relevant
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new team members and implement globally
  • Maintain process and produces to incorporate updated practice to ensure efficiency
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate to the director
  • Support shared services and ensure the use of new technology programs whilst managing data integrity
  • Promote quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and global performance efficiency
  • Support new service design and product implementation
  • Ensuring delivery of services meets company-wide quality standards
  • Assist the Director with business activities not limited to marketing, content for RFPs, client presentations and webinars
  • Conduct research projects and present housing and schooling reports and create location guides updates


Skills and experience required:

  • Expert knowledge of Relocation, Destination Services and Property service
  • Over 5 years working in the Relocation and DSP sector
  • Sound understanding on Tenancy and Lettings
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Great understanding of best practice
  • Innovative and creative thinking style
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships
  • Strong market awareness and strategic thinking ability
  • Able to support Policy, Process, Vendor Management, Marketing, Design, Improvement, and Implementation
  • Experience using Relocation DSP specific technology would be advantageous
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage but not essential
