Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, estimates and storage agreements for client projects. Coordinate furniture storage, deliveries and installation schedules from start to finish. Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers and project managers throughout each project. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory and ensure accurate records. Prepare job files and project documentation ahead of scheduled work. Monitor project progress and keep deliveries on track. Coordinate vehicle schedules and crew allocations with internal teams. Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to enquiries. Support account administration including valuations and invoicing. Help resolve scheduling issues, inventory queries and damage claims.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the moving, relocation or interiors industry preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident working with clients and internal teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of white-glove delivery or furniture installation is beneficial.
- A proactive and detail-focused approach to work.
