<p>A highly respected art logistics, storage, and transport company is seeking a strong candidate for the role of Technical Services Supervisor.</p>

<p>Based in Miami, Florida and primarily supervising the Transport Department, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, people management skills, excellent communication, and significant logistical and transportation management expertise. The candidate should have experience working within the Miami, art services and transportation industry and will be tasked with creating and overseeing efficient operations of the transport fleet and staff.</p>

<p><strong>The main duties for this role include:</strong></p>

	<li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
	<li>Support other teams with logistics and photography of works.

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

	<li>Previous experience as an Art Handler or similar role in the art industry.
	<li>Driving license preferred.
	<li>Strong knowledge of art handling best practices, including packing, installation, and transportation.
	<li>Experience with electrical installation and lighting fittings, particularly in the context of art installations.
	<li>Familiarity with a variety of packing materials and techniques for safe transportation of artworks.
	<li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
	<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and external stakeholders.
	<li>Physical stamina and dexterity to safely lift and move heavy objects.
