Business Development Manager

A highly reputable company has had a position become available within the Moving and Relocation Industry for our client based in the Alphen aan den Rijn region.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for ensuring complete satisfaction during the move and deliver high levels of customer services.
 
  • The goal is to increase income through gaining new customers, expanding current customers' service offerings, and establishing new services.
  • Conduct market research, reach out to potential customers via various media, and translate potential into actual sales.
  • In accordance with the vision and commercial objectives, obtain, complete, and bring in new account revenue.
  • Monthly reporting on the business development process's progress
  • Using leads, phone calls, or personal visits to approach and attract current and potential customers clients, and to ensure optimal conversion in accordance with the company's goals (turnover, profit, etc.)
  • Ensures that the job is completed in a high-quality, safe, and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Apply and follow all laws and regulations that apply on a national and international level.
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience or familiarity with B2B sales and the job of a Business Development Manager at the HBO/WO level of working and thinking.
  • Skilled in making contact, building relationships, and convincingly providing senior-level insights.
  • Sales experience and the ability to provide solutions based on customer requirements.  
  • Extensive knowledge of both the Dutch and English languages. It would be advantageous if you could speak Spanish and/or French.
  • International mobility (personal) experience.
