Digital & Technology Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital & Technology Project Manager to join a fast developing global business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Project Manager to help build and develop digital solutions.
This position offers a hybrid working structure (3 days in office and 2 days remote).
The ideal individual will bring extensive Project Management development expertise, have a strong project delivery ethic, and will be able to work with and influence key stakeholders.
This role will suit a highly ambitious individual who has a flexible and proactive attitude and is not be afraid of new ideas and methods.
Key Duties of the Digital & Technology Project Manager include:
Manage digital and technology projects in a matrix environment, whilst adopting and flexible approach to change and development in a start-up team environment
Serving as the subject matter expert whilst managing the full cycle of digital and technology deliverables across virtual and on-site teams
Take lead in change management activities, ensuring excellent communication across stakeholder management
Bring business discipline to business requests, managing process and signoffs
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with the strategic objectives.
Technology project management across CRM, Data, Telephony, centralised data solutions etc.
Project management for digital solutions
Using previous knowledge and experience to adopt and define best practise for projects and processes
Skills required for the Digital & Technology Project Manager:
Significant experience as a project manager in a digital and technology focused environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience of well-defined delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall)
PM experience managing CRM, Data and Technology
Ability to successfully manage digital deliverables both in person and virtually
Highly ambitious with an open mind ready to take on larger responsibilities
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Excellent working knowledge of project management tools
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Solid project management foundation (such as Prince2)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
