European Client Operations Leader

Alchemy is delighted to be partnering with a Global Professional Services firm, who are looking for a European Client Operations Leader to join their Reward Data team in Europe.

This role works in collaboration with the Global Client Operations Team and will manage the client operations function across the UK & EMEA responsible for delivering bespoke Rewards Survey Data programmes.

European Client Operations Leader Key Duties:

  • Developing engaged, motivated, and highly capable client operations teams across the UK and EMEA
  • Lead a rapidly expanding team of more than 50 individuals working in hub sites across the UK and EMEA (inc. UK, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Germany, Dubai)
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships for more than 1,000 clients across 2 primary data platforms
  • Ensure effective client onboarding to the annual survey programmes
  • Ensure that all team members provide a great client service, including designing training plans and competence frameworks to support this
  • Managing the timely delivery of data to clients and meeting tight deadlines for over 300 annual survey products
  • Lead operational and product transformation initiatives
  • Developing excellent collaborations with the Commercial, Data Solutions, and Advisory teams
  • Increasing operational capacity, particularly encouraging team diversification to support a diverse variety of goods and clients
  • Create a resourcing strategy for the deployment of data analysts and project managers to deliver data projects for the advisory, data solutions, and commercial teams
  • Create and manage a strong, positive network within the company to assist promote the team and boost awareness of its capabilities and service offerings

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience as a team manager
  • Experience working with rewards data & using compensation/benefits surveys
  • Experience in data analysis, surveys/surveys data and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience developing pertinent management reporting solutions
  • Process development experience
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Focus on prioritization and process management and effective decision making
