The GMC will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees throughout their relocation.
Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Consultant:
- Overseeing assigned client relocation programs, managing, and consulting all service components for international relocations
- Provide a thorough explanation of the relocation process and policies to the transferees
- Communicate changes to senior management and liaise with the assignee on assignment-related activities
- Ensure a positive relocation experience for each assignee and their family by delivering service excellence
- Provide international mobility advisory and guidance services
- Be the main point of coordination between third-party service partners and assignees
- Manage costs and expenses connected to the relocation process
- Aim to minimise expenses and ensure data is recorded and correctly managed
- Ensure compliance regulations are adhered to
- Global Mobility, Relocation or International Assignment experience is essential
- GMS qualification would be preferred
- Sound knowledge of the international relocation process is required
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with empathy and understanding
- Able to keep calm under pressure and work to strict deadlines
- Fluent in English is essential, any other European languages are a plus
- Confident communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
