Global Mobility Consultant

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Global Mobility Consultant to join an international mobility provider's EMEA division.

The GMC will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees throughout their relocation.

Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Consultant:
  • Overseeing assigned client relocation programs, managing, and consulting all service components for international relocations
  • Provide a thorough explanation of the relocation process and policies to the transferees 
  • Communicate changes to senior management and liaise with the assignee on assignment-related activities
  • Ensure a positive relocation experience for each assignee and their family by delivering service excellence
  • Provide international mobility advisory and guidance services 
  • Be the main point of coordination between third-party service partners and assignees
  • Manage costs and expenses connected to the relocation process
  • Aim to minimise expenses and ensure data is recorded and correctly managed
  • Ensure compliance regulations are adhered to
Experience required:
  • Global Mobility, Relocation or International Assignment experience is essential
  • GMS qualification would be preferred
  • Sound knowledge of the international relocation process is required 
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with empathy and understanding 
  • Able to keep calm under pressure and work to strict deadlines
  • Fluent in English is essential, any other European languages are a plus 
  • Confident communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
