A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Global Mobility Consultant to join an international mobility provider's EMEA division.

The GMC will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees throughout their relocation.

Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Consultant:

Overseeing assigned client relocation programs, managing, and consulting all service components for international relocations
Provide a thorough explanation of the relocation process and policies to the transferees
Communicate changes to senior management and liaise with the assignee on assignment-related activities
Ensure a positive relocation experience for each assignee and their family by delivering service excellence
Provide international mobility advisory and guidance services
Be the main point of coordination between third-party service partners and assignees
Manage costs and expenses connected to the relocation process
Aim to minimise expenses and ensure data is recorded and correctly managed
Ensure compliance regulations are adhered to

Experience required:

Global Mobility, Relocation or International Assignment experience is essential
GMS qualification would be preferred
Sound knowledge of the international relocation process is required
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with empathy and understanding
Able to keep calm under pressure and work to strict deadlines
Fluent in English is essential, any other European languages are a plus
Confident communication skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
