Guest Services Executive

Job Description

Alchemy Global Talent are working with a large hospitality provider who are recruiting for a Guest Services Executive to be based in their London office.

This is a very fast paced and busy role 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high end guest services and having constant liaison with guests through their stay 
  • Work with the Account Managers to assist the guests 
  • Resolve reported client and guest maintenance issues as required
  • Processing of send out accommodation extension requests and move out instructions
  • Completing of detailed property information for the Account Managers

Key requirements: 

  • Excellent customer services skills 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong IT skills 
  • 4 days on and 4 off
