International Mobility Coordinator (6 Month FTC)

Job Description

We are seeking an International Mobility Coordinator to join our client's expanding mobility & relocation services team on a 6 month FTC.
You will be responsible for handling Global Mobility services for clients, acting as the main point of coordination for Global Mobility services with relocating employees.
This role offers a hybrid working structure.
Responsibilities of the International Mobility Coordinator include:
  • Supporting coordination services of Global Mobility & Assignment Management
  • Supporting Mobility activities including; expense management, household goods moving, visa/immigration and destination services
  • Coordinating the Relocation caseload and ensuring regular follow-ups are conducted with customers
  • Develop, maintain and build a working relationship with transferring (relocating) employee and client HR
  • Help to carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client relocation policy review as required
  • Provide continued advice and support to both clients and relocating employees
  • Prepare ongoing status reports in line with the client’s needs
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvements as required
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and invoice correctly for the client engagement
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
