International Mobility Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an International Mobility Specialist with 5-7 years’ experience working in the HR & Expatriate management sector.
Experience working in-house in global mobility is essential.

Duties of the International Mobility Specialist include:
  • End to end global mobility management for client assignees 
  • Third party supplier and vendor management 
  • Creating global assignment letters
  • Understanding client mobility policies 
  • Maintaining compliance, GDPR, and ISO principles
  • Knowledge of international relocation, tax, and immigration processes 
  • Global mobility technology experience 
  • Managing the global mobility policy and processes
  • Knowledge on global move management 
  • Ensuing excellent service delivery standards 
  • Creating costs estimates and reporting 
  • Experience working in-house within a global mobility focused role 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Year of HR and global mobility experience 
  • Cultural awareness 
  • Ability to management challenging situations 
  • Ability to deliver global mobility advise and guidance 
  • Stakeholder management skills 
  • Knowledge of relocation, immigration, tax and social security
  • Supplier management experience 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Ability to travel as needed
