International Move Coordinator - Remote

Our client, a well-respected name in the Irish removals industry based in Dublin is looking an International Corporate Move Coordinator.

This is a fully remote position

Responsibilities:
  • The Move Coordinator will be responsible for all household removals from start to finish.
  • Worldwide removals into and out of Ireland, along with any storage possibilities, will all be undertaken.
  • Maintaining correspondence throughout the removal process, communicating with clients in a calm and effective manner, providing any necessary information, and accurately inputting any new information onto the company's IT database.
  • Obtaining removal insurance proposal documents, submitting a declaration to insurers, and helping the customer complete and deliver any claim documentation.
  • Handling any issues or grievances raised by customers regarding the removal procedure.
  • Stay in contact with your internal sales teams, removal teams, warehouse workers, as well as third parties like shipping companies and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of international corporate removal coordination experience.
  • Ability to improvise and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A friendly and approachable manner.
