International Move Manager

Job Description

Our client, one of the biggest companies in the UK removals industry is currently seeking an International Move Manager to join the team based in Newcastle.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that removal inquiries, reservations, and moves are handled quickly.
  • Make sure Microsoft Dynamics is updated with removal client data and that all pertinent parties are appropriately updated in accordance with agreed schedules.
  • To plan timely, effective move management.
  • Ensure rapid response to removal rate requests and email inquiries.
  • To guarantee highest levels of customer service.
  • Respect the deadlines for transportation and accounting.
  • To discover removal sales prospects from your assigned client base and to ensure that the sales team is notified of these for potential development.
  • Supporting the remainder of the removal team.
  • to participate in meetings and positively contribute to the removal team's and company's goals in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • To comply with all company rules and H&S regulations within the working environment.
