International Move Manager

Job Description

Our client, a well respected name in the removals industry is seeking an International Move Manager to join their growing team based in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure that reservations, relocations, and inquiries regarding removals are quickly handled.
  • Make sure Microsoft Dynamics is updated with customer removal data, and make sure all relevant parties are properly informed within the allotted deadlines.
  • To prepare a timely, efficient move management strategy.
  • Aim to respond to emails and requests for removal rates as quickly as you can.
  • To offer the best possible client service.
  • Watch the accounting and transit schedules carefully.
  • Any potential clients you identify from your chosen clientele must be shared with the removal sales team so they may cultivate them as necessary.
  • Assisting the removal team's remaining members.
  • Attend removal meetings and actively support the goals of the removal team and the firm in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Follow all H&S guidelines and workplace rules while at work.
