Our client, an international Removal & Relocation specialist based in Basingstoke, is seeking a Move Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Removals company.

Move Manager responsibilities:
  • Handling new and existing customers Domestic and International Removal requirements.
  • Setting appointments for move consultants to carry out Pre move surveys for prospective removals clients.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing removal clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Creating Removal quotations based on tariffs accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Monitoring all issued International and Domestic removal quotes and closing for the move
  • Updating the company’s internal CRM Database.
  • Quoting clients accurately and managing the sales pipeline
  • Communicating Removal notes to move coordinators noting any special requirements.
  • Pricing duties as required, utilizing expert negotiating skills.
  • Removals administrative tasks will be required.

Move Manager experience required:
  • Previous experience of working within the removals or shipping sector desirable but not essential
  • Excellent negotiation and quoting skills
  • Comfortable using the telephone, email and SMS to engage clients
  • Good customer focused skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable approach to work
  • Able to organise and manage time effectively
