Operations Coordinator

We are partnering with one of the market leaders in Fine Art Shipping and Storage within the state of Texas!

The company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team as an Operations Coordinator. The role is client-facing and requires a punctual, organised and multitasking people-person.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a direct point of contact with clients to resolve questions and queries, as well as to advise on the best use of the company’s services.
  • Maintenance and organisation of research for future company use and assisting with storage collection as required.
  • Deal with client requests with regards to the transit, installation, scheduling and handling of art.
  • Work on creating and nurturing new and existing client relationships and maintain communications efficiently and effectively. Coordinate ongoing projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the completion of administration and records, so all information available is up to date.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in Logistics, Operations, Transport or Customer service (1 year)
  • Attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment and execute duties in a time efficient manner.
  • Understanding of and ability to execute working with sensitive information, including transactions and client interactions.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy and ability to utilise standard office software.
  • A College Degree in Arts and/or Humanities is beneficial, but not essential.
