Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is working with one of the leading brands within the Removals industry in their search for a Removals Operations Manager based in Limerick.
 
The Removals Operations Manager will have a hands-on position, handling daily removal operations, workforce planning and management, maintaining client satisfaction, and ongoing proper maintenance of the portfolio of the company.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Using the survey results as a guide, determine the prerequisites for each work before allocating employees and vehicles as necessary.
  • Monitoring the removals diary's daily operations.
  • Observing the workers' tasks, issues, and arrival times.
  • Provide job costings to the move managers.
  • Make arrangements to use "third party" services while UK Removals is active.
  • Create specific suspensions or exclusions for parking.
  • Request price comparisons for services from UK Removals' partners.
  • Make arrangements to assign outside staff if necessary.
  • Plan your warehouse removal shipments for departure and arrival.

Requirements:
  • It would be beneficial to have prior Removal Operations Management expertise.
  • The ideal applicant would have a complete forklift license and be capable of managing people.
  • Very well-organised.
  • Superb IT abilities.
