We are looking for Relocation Consultant to join our client a globally recognised relocation provider.
Our client is looking for individuals with excellent Customer Service and Project Management skills. Ideally from a related service sectior such as Travel, Hospitality, Property, Tenancy & Lettings.
Full training will be provided.
This position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Key Duties of the Senior Relocation Consultant:
- Delivering Relocation and Global Mobility services to clients, assignees, and their families
- Ensuring a smooth relocation transition whilst serving as the single point of contact throughout the process
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing relocation case files
- Conducting pre-assignment briefs and relocation orientations
- Advising the assignees on global mobility and relocation policies
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service focused role
- Strong IT skills and numercy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong administration skills
