Relocation Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for Relocation Consultant to join our client a globally recognised relocation provider.

Our client is looking for individuals with excellent Customer Service and Project Management skills. Ideally from a related service sectior such as Travel, Hospitality, Property, Tenancy & Lettings.

Full training will be provided.

This position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Key Duties of the Senior Relocation Consultant:

  • Delivering Relocation and Global Mobility services to clients, assignees, and their families
  • Ensuring a smooth relocation transition whilst serving as the single point of contact throughout the process
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing relocation case files
  • Conducting pre-assignment briefs and relocation orientations
  • Advising the assignees on global mobility and relocation policies

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role
  • Strong IT skills and numercy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Strong administration skills
