An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Relocation Consultant to work remotely in the UK. 

Main responsibilities:

• Act as main point of contact for assignees and their families during their relocation
• Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
• Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies
• Coordinate relocation services including home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and visa and immigration
• Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle escalations and exceptions as required
• Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
• Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 3+ years experience in Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management is required
• Knowledge of relocation services including home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and visa and immigration
• Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of global mobility policies and processes
• Strong problem solving skills
• Personal relocation experience preferred however not essential
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
