Removal Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Our client, a well-respected removals company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining move information and requirements from potential clients to generate sales from leads.
- Follow up on all removal surveys
- Coordinate with removal clients to organise pre-move surveys
- Maintaining client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times.
- Keep the company's social media accounts up to date.
- Calculate volumes, quotes, and currency rates to generate domestic and international removal quotations.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
- All systems and records are kept up to date as needed.
- Profitability should be maximised while service standards are maintained.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within the removals industry is required
- A positive and personable attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client and customer relationship skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
- Strong IT and MS Office experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
