Removal Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Our client, a well-respected removals company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining move information and requirements from potential clients to generate sales from leads.
  • Follow up on all removal surveys
  • Coordinate with removal clients to organise pre-move surveys
  • Maintaining client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Keep the company's social media accounts up to date.
  • Calculate volumes, quotes, and currency rates to generate domestic and international removal quotations.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • All systems and records are kept up to date as needed.
  • Profitability should be maximised while service standards are maintained.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working within the removals industry is required
  • A positive and personable attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client and customer relationship skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
  • Strong IT and MS Office experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
