Sales Coordinator, Relocation Services - Remote

A Global Mobility & Relocation provider is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team.

This role offers full-time remote working.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and certifying new sales leads in the B2B channel (lead review and reputation management).
  • Preparing a targeted sales approach prior to passing leads to the Business Development and Client Service Managers.
  • Working closely with Business Development and Client Services.
  • Conducting research and utilising sales enablement and prospecting technologies, to expand the sales lead database.
Additionally, the role's scope covers the following:
  • Utilize online tools and resources such as newsfeeds, web leads, business magazines, and lists, among others, to find decision-makers and influencers within prospective firms.
  • Increase interest through sales automation, and constantly explore and discover fresh insights, tactics, and plans to generate new leads and increase sales prospects.
  • Through research and meticulous data entry, enhance the quality of data for relevant sales and marketing use in CRM.
  • Segment prospect lists in your CRM to aid in the development of more tailored sales efforts
  • Qualify inbound leads and queries generated through campaigns, websites, and events, among other sources.
  • Oversee and maintain our region's B2C reputation management
  • Create and analyse dashboards and reports on leads

  • Attractive and gregarious, professional and a quick learner
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (or any other language).
  • Additional language skills, such as French, German, or Spanish, will be advantageous.)
  • Capacity to manage time effectively, prioritise projects, and work to deadlines
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool (HubSpot,, etc.)
