Sales Developer (Furnished Apartments)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Sales Development to join a leading Furnished Apartments provider in USA.

The Sales Developer will be responsible for generating business by selling across the New York, New Jersey & Connecticut tri-state region.

This position can be worked from any US location but requires prior sales experience selling to the tri-state region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win client business in allocated states
  • Sell a range of furnished apartment accommodation solutions
  • Build key relationships externally and internally
  • Close business deals
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Travel to meet with clients
  • Design and execute successful sales strategies
  • Partner with marketing teams to create successful marketing material
  • Prospecting and targeting warm and cold sales leads
  • Present sales reports to leadership
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development experience, preferably within Corporate Housing, Furnished Apartments or Relocation
  • Ability to successfully grow and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to travel for client meetings as required
  • Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
  • Proven experience with exceeding sales goals
