An exciting opportunity is now available for a Sales Development to join a leading Furnished Apartments provider in USA.
The Sales Developer will be responsible for generating business by selling across the New York, New Jersey & Connecticut tri-state region.
This position can be worked from any US location but requires prior sales experience selling to the tri-state region.
- Win client business in allocated states
- Sell a range of furnished apartment accommodation solutions
- Build key relationships externally and internally
- Close business deals
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Travel to meet with clients
- Design and execute successful sales strategies
- Partner with marketing teams to create successful marketing material
- Prospecting and targeting warm and cold sales leads
- Present sales reports to leadership
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong sales and business development experience, preferably within Corporate Housing, Furnished Apartments or Relocation
- Ability to successfully grow and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to travel for client meetings as required
- Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
- Proven experience with exceeding sales goals
