Alchemy are proud to be assisting a global information technology provided who are in need of a ambitious individual to join their Talent Acquisition team. You’ll be trusted to handle recruitment activities in Poland reporting into to the Lead Talent Acquisition.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• You actively take care of sourcing and attracting candidates by using social and digital media
• You screen candidates for open positions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
• You take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication
• You collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you're the dedicated talent partner they have been waiting for!
• You handle your job requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System

Signs of success:

• You are sourcing best-fit candidates fast and in the right channels
• You manage your hiring manager's expectations and advise them in their staffing process
• You ensure a positive and sustainable candidate experience, with a high cNPS (candidate net promotor score)

Skills we can’t do without:

• You have experience in managing expectations of large groups of hiring managers
• You have the capacity to handle a large number of recruitment without losing your eye for detail
• You have knowledge about trends in recruitment and a proactive approach in using the newest tools and technology
• Your English and Czech are at very good level
