Technology Program Manager - EMEA & APAC

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Technology Program Manager - EMEA & APAC to join their team in Uxbridge, UK. 

This is an initial 6-month temp to perm contract role. 

The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for resolving organisational information issues within the business by accurately analysing business requirements and designing solutions to ensure a smooth running project.

The successful candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker who is driven by results. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Agile processes and principle. 

Technology Program Manager Key Duties:
  • Carry out product vision, maintaining the business road-map and communicating with colleagues 
  • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and product developments 
  • Research and analyse potential users
  • Communicate with clients and users to establish their thoughts on the products and services, and clearly voice these customer opinions to the development team
  • Create journey maps for users 
  • Generate communications to stakeholders with individual project updates
  • Participate in product release planning 
  • Provide direction to the Software development team and stakeholders 
  • Assess value, develop cases and prioritise cases to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Provide backlog management and planning 
  • Determine operational objectives by gathering and evaluating information
  • Create and maintain a technical sales toolkit
  • Support sales and account management teams 
  • Actively remove roadblocks, liaising with stakeholders as required 
  • Communicate to existing and prospective clients along their user journey 
  • Be the lead of the Scrum Team, in a role as the Product Owner of Helix System 

Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelors in business, computer science, digital marketing or a related field 
  • 10+years previous related experience 
  • Certification for Pregmatic Marketing or Product Ownership is beneficial 
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle 
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Software Development programs 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
